WeMSA offers the proven WeMSA From Gang To Community Service (WeMSA FroGaTCoS or, more simply, WeMSA FroGaT), developed to solve your destructive and/or violent gang problem. The WeMSA From Gang To Community Service was developed by a New York City-trained neurosurgeon* and tested over a period of 17 years. Results are predictable, the value exceptional.

WeMSA FroGaT, like all WeMSA Quality-of-Life Programs, is nonviolent, non-religious, and medicine-free.

WeMSA FroGaT works because it is based on a complete understanding of why gangs do what they do, including violence, destructiveness, and illegality. With that understanding, we developed a unique program that stops objectionable behavior and replaces it with positive actions. WeMSA FroGaT acts at the root cause of personal choices and successfully gets gang members to become enthusiastic community service volunteers. There is nothing else like WeMSA FroGaT anywhere.

WeMSA FroGaT works by enabling the gang member to develop the deep-seated motivations that result in a positive, constructive, law-abiding life.
